This shelf photographed measures 42" wide x 13" maximum depth x 10 1/2" tall. Made from walnut, open back and hangs via a cleat attached to the wall. In the photos, it is holding approximately 40 lbs of books and can hold more than that.
Finished in a tung oil/varnish mix finish and paste wax top coat, dull sheen, shimmers in light. Close to the wood, soft feel and easy to maintain over time.
This can be made in other woods and in different sizes to suit your needs. It can also include a drawer(s) and other options as well. These can be configured as media consoles with ports to route wires as well.
