    Here is a tussie mussie that is stamped by hbro Harman brothers has an anchor lion and one more. It looks like the imprint for 1930's as There seemed to be stamped in variation
    It is part of an estate I am helping downsize. The piece seems to have an agate /amber handle in color. Has the pin still and finger holder. Very pretty Victorian piece
    I wiped with silver cloth came clean right away. The marking is small and on one outer flap along side edge
