    Description

    1940s copper bowl with flower petal rim enameled on the inside with differently sized pink spots on white background. Made by Stavre Gregor Panis (1889-1974), a jeweler, silversmith and enameler, who worked in both silver & copper, belonged to the Boston Society of Arts and Crafts and won multiple awards at the Boston Exhibit of Arts & Crafts in 1927. Some expected spotting to the copper surface as can be seen on photos, enamel is in perfect condition. Marked with Panis’ stamp SGP in rounded triangle on the bottom. Diameter 5 inches, height 1 3/4 inches.
